How To Measure A Board

Measuring Width

To measure the width of the board, measure straight across at the widest part of the board, usually the front truck area without bending the ruler into the concave. width of a board

 

Measuring length

Length is measured by stretching the tape measure across the top of the skateboard from tip to tip bending the tape measure across the concave of the board

 

Measuring Wheelbase

The wheelbase is the measure of distance between one inside truckhole and another

 

Measuring the Nose and Tail

Nose length is measured from the middle of the front truck holes to tip of the nose and Tail length is measured from the middleof the rear truck holes to tip of the tail.
