1. Veneers come from
the mill pre-palletized according to size, thickness, and grade. |

2. Veneers are first
put through a glue spreader that applies an even coat of
glue on both sides of
each veneer. |

3. Sixty tons of
pressure for maximum pop |

4. After pressing
boards are stacked to cure. |

5. Truckholes are
drilled simultaneously for accuracy. |

6. Decks are cut with
an automatic shaper |

7. The edges of the
decks are sanded by hand. |

8. SCRAPS! |
|
 |

9. Decks are sprayed
with one coat of sealer, this raises the grains of the wood
and
seals the deck. The
decks are then sanded and sprayed again with two final coats |
